- Key facilitation skills
- Techniques and tools for involving people in action planning and other processes which require stakeholder participation.
ECNC’s has 20 years’ experience of delivering high-quality training and capacity building across Europe. Our trainers have both theoretical knowledge and practical experience acquired in real projects (setting up management plans, developing local biodiversity action plans, etc). We apply a “learning by doing” approach, using a variety of facilitation techniques.ECNC training courses consist of the following elements:
- Printed materials, illustrated with many cases of good practice.
- Lectures: deepening your insight in the subject matter in a highly interactive way.
- Exercises: using knowledge based facilitation and putting acquired knowledge and experience together in exercises simulating real-life situations and solving biodiversity planning challenges in small groups.
Register online before 17 December 2012. You are encouraged to early booking to avoid any disappointment. There is a 10% reduction for “Early birds” who register before 3 December 2012.
