Feedback sought on Biodiversity Network of Knowledge concept

The BiodiversityKnowledge project has released a white paper detailing the concept of a Biodiversity Network of Knowledge (NoK), and they are seeking feedback on it ahead of their conference later in September.

The White Paper provides, in a detailed but still concise manner, a concrete concept for the NoK, including its context, its functions, overall objectives as well as the practicalities of the NoK through the lessons learned from three demonstration cases carried out last year. The paper also elaborates on governance issues, rules and procedures. Finally, some concrete design options for the implementation of the NoK are presented at the end of the paper.

You can find more information on the White Paper here, including links to a series of forums where you can discuss the document. The next BiodiversityKnowledge conference will take place from 24-26 September in Germany.
