The European Liaison Office of German Research Organisations (KoWi) is funded by the German Research Foundation in order to support scientists in Germany with Horizon 2020 funding. They are currently planning a workshop in Brussels from 29-30 September 2015 on Biodiversity and “Nature-based solutions”, especially in urban areas. The workshop is open to scientists from Germany and other European countries and is free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs cannot be reimbursed.

The workshop aims to disseminate information on the new funding agenda of the European Commission on “nature based solutions” and offers the opportunity to give feedback to European decision makers.

In the attachment, you will find the draft agenda of the workshop. If you are interested to participate, please contact Victoria Llobet by e-mail (vl @ kowi.de). She will contact you as soon as possible.

Closing date for registering: 15 August 2015.
