How to reach the venue?

By plane: There are two international airports in Belgium, Brussels national airport (Zaventem) and Brussels south airport (low cost airport situated in Charleroi). From Brussels it takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to Ghent by train.  You can find train timetables here: http://www.belgianrail.be/en/Default.aspx

By train and tram: You have to travel to the railway station of Gent Sint Pieters. From there you can take tram 1 to the centre of Ghent. You have to get off at the stop Gravensteen. From there, it is a five minute walk to the monastery. See the map here: http://goo.gl/maps/AI3OD.
