Conference fees

• €50 for attendees from ALTER-Net institutes / €100 for non-ALTER-Net attendees
• For both groups, the optional conference dinner on Tuesday 19 May is an extra €40.

To book your place: 3 steps...

1. Register: Complete the event registration form (secure server)
2. Pay: when you click 'submit' on the registration form you will be automatically forwarded to the Eventbrite website, through which you can make your payment securely using a credit or debit card or via PayPal
3. Print your ticket: You will be sent an electronic ticket for the event by e-mail. Please print this, bring to Ghent and present it at the conference desk

Notes

1. Registration is complete only after the payment has been made successfully
2. The fee is waived for invited speakers, who do not need to complete the registration form
3. Sorry but we are not able to offer reduced fees, e.g, for part-attendance or for students (ALTER-Net students may apply for a Travel Grant)
4. We are not able to offer refunds
5. The modest conference fee is charged to cover refreshments, lunches, room hire and other associated meeting costs
6. Delegates should arrange and pay for their travel and accommodation. See: Venue and hotels; How to reach the venue.

Travel grants for ALTER-Net attendees

ALTER-Net has a limited budget available for travel grants for people working in ALTER-Net institutes.
